HexaNovaTech started from a simple observation: service businesses—clinics, law firms, advisors—spend enormous amounts of time on repetitive administrative work that could be automated, but most "AI solutions" are either too expensive, too complex, or too disconnected from real workflows to actually help.
We saw business owners frustrated by missed calls, overwhelmed receptionists, leads that went cold from slow follow-up, and data scattered across five different tools. So we built HexaNovaTech around a different approach: start from the workflow, not the model. Understand how calls, messages, and back-office processes actually work today.
